    I can't recover my Roblox account


    My Roblox account got hacked, and I don't know how it happened. I didn’t click any links or anything whatsoever. When I opened the Roblox app, I was suddenly logged out, and when I tried to log in, it said my password was incorrect. Then I tried to retrieve it using my Gmail account, but I couldn't recover it, and it looks like the email was changed. Can you please help me recover my account? I'm willing to provide all the details about everything in my account.

    Just a heads up that your Microsoft account is different from your Roblox account. So if you forgot your Roblox username or password, you can try checking some option on recovering them from the Roblox website.

    If you are having problems recovering this, I would suggest to reach them directly so that you can get some options for recovery.

    You might have used different username from your Roblox account and that is why you are having a hard time.
