    I can’t recover my original Xbox Live


    so my original account was [Mod Removed] I called support and they told me since two step verification is turned on not even they can get into my account but they could remove my debit card from the account I just want my old account back
    all the games I ordered all the time and money spent , I know my debit card info the address on file but I forgot my password and I didn’t have the authenticator app turned on I’m screwed please help me get my old account back

    cannot log anymore thanks m$

    M$ released a bunch of very old gamertag today, changed my gamertag for this one, now i cant log anymore on xbox, so i deleted my profile off xbox and when i try to recover it it says: Sorry, this profile can’t be downloaded. Original Xbox Live accounts
    aren’t supported anymore. Create a new Xbox Live account instead.

    I am trying to sign into my Xbox live account using my original gamertag but I no longer have the original email account associated with my Xbox live account. How do I recover my live account and gamertag?

    My Xbox Live passcode has been forgotten!

    I've recovered my gamertag but I still need the xbox Live Passcode in order to change it. Is there a way to remove or reset the xbox Live Passcode after recovering the gamertag?

    Will deleting the profile only and recovering the gamertag allow me to change/remove the xbox Live Passcode without entering the original?

    What Email is attached to my Xbox One account for EA Sports

    Is there no way for Microsoft to see what email my EA is from my Xbox? EA told me they can’t see the email since it is deleted and they can’t recover it or recover it because they can’t verify me they there system. They told me to contact Microsoft.
