I can't recover my Microsoft Account

Hi, Microsoft crew.

I'm Thiago, and I have another microsoft account, besides this one. That account is my official account and I was using it only for Xbox Live, because I created it a few years ago and I didn't need to create another one. Recently I moved from my old house
and we had problems with the moving company and our stuff, along with my Xbox 360, stayed stuck for about six months. Because of that reason I didn't access my Microsoft account at all and, of course, it was blocked. I'm trying to recover it but the information
that I'm supplying is not enough to validate the recovery and I don't have the other info asked by the recovery form. I'm really desperate because I bought a lot of things with that account and I REALLY don't want to lose everything just by creating another
account.

I'm here asking for anybody's help. If you could me help to validate my account somehow by caling you or going to an office that I can talk to somebody inside Microsoft and they help me do this. Whatever other info that I can provide you to prove that I'm
the original owner of the account, I can do that.

can't recover microsoft account

i am unable to recover my microsoft account because my email is too old and i can't remember the informations i put back in the days...

what can i do to recover my account

 

My account has been blocked for no reason

I tried to login my Canada xboxlive account recently but Microsoft thinks someone is trying to hack my account and ask me to input the security code.

When I try to get the security code from my email, I can't get the code because astroboymail.com can no longer be used .

I filled in the form to apply to recover my Hotmail account twice but Microsoft just don't let me to recover my account!

How can I recover my account now?

 

The account that I'm trying to recover has the gamertag ThiagoTeegh and goes by the following e-mail:

If I manage to recover it with your help I intend to transfer it to the account that I'm using to ask for help, this one.

I also wanted to mention that you cannot merge gamertags as it sounds like that's what you want to do once you gain access.

That's because I read a topic on the Xbox support website that says that I can transfer my gamertag to another profile, or something like that. I'll try to get in touch with them.

you can change the email of a gamertag but you cannot merge them.
