I cant recover my account onto my console. Any thoughts?

• Log into Xbox.com
  • This will help ensure there is not a problem with the Microsoft Account.

If the account works and you are able to see your profile, we can move on to the next step:

• Try doing a soft factory reset of the console, Reset and keep
  games and apps to help reset the operating system.
  • Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Hey Erick. Ive done a bit of testing and was able to recover the other account on this console. As i try to add my account (the email and password were correct), it said that "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** is here already" although it obviously isnt on here. I then power
cycled the console and tried again to have the same message appear again. Should i factory reset while keeping games and apps like u suggested?
