I cant record!!

So its kinda weird replying to this again, butttt. The issue started happening again, I've watched at least 5 tutorials now and they all say they same thing, and the same thing never works, I've reset the game bar, I've repaired it yet nothing ever works. I notice this only happens after I install some sort of live streaming software like stream labs, or prism studios
