I cant record with the XBOX Game Recorder

Hello,

Im writting this message because in this week, I have so many problems with this app! I need a fast message from support, because my YouTube channel is without videos because of this bug

-When I press Win+Alt+R to record it takes a long time to load and then appears the following message:

"There's nothing to record, try again" I tried to many times and the same message was appearing

But this bug isn't only in one game it's in all games i try this bind...

Today I tried again on the games but in a different PC and again the same message!

How can I fix it?

I repeat that I need a fast message from Support!

i cant record videos with xbox game DVR in win 10, my hardware is supported, xbox app is up to date but still i see this error: This PC cant record clips !!!

my hardware: GT630, Core 2 Quad Q8300
