Hi all, I was using the monthly automatic payment but since my credit card was full due to xmas presents, the paiment of the month went pending. I paid it not long after and then I used the code on my one year xbox live membership card. My problem is that now
I can't record a video or take a screenshot, neither can I create a group or join one when it was working fine 2-3 weeks back. I can still play online though. When I go in the console settings to check my billing and membership, I can see a blue loading circle
but soon after it will be written "Try again later. Sorry a temporary problem occured on this page. While we fix the problem go to
https://account.microsoft.com" . When I go on the website, I can't see anything helping me fix this. When I try to see my previoulsy recorded videos, the only thing I'll see is an infinite blue loading circle (waited
an hour). When I go at my brother's house and use my account, I got no problem at all and I can see my videos right away. Since I can play online it was not big of a deal but now I'm getting better at Battlefield 1 and I want to record my good moves and screenshots
as well as creating a group or join one. My guess is that I felt in a gray zone of Xbox live with the pending payment and the year memebership. Anyway, I paid a lot of money for my console, games and membership and I want to have access to all my console's

Sorry to hear about the troubles, let's see what we can do for you. You say that you can't use the DVR or create/join groups. Could you be a bit more specific and explain what happens when you try to use either feature? Do you get an error message or code
(XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) that you can provide us with?

In the meantime, you can try
removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One console and seeing if that helps. If that doesn't do anything, the next step I'd recommend trying is to

factory reset your console while keeping your games and apps.
