I deleted prism and its still not working

I see, may I know if you tried reinstalling the game bar?

Right-click on the Start button and select Windows PowerShell (Admin) from the pop-up menu.

Copy and paste the following command in PowerShell and hit Enter to uninstall the Game Bar from your system.

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage

Now head over to Microsoft Store and search for Xbox Game Bar and install it

Or this:

Press Windows key + R then type regedit and press Enter.

Once Open Registry opens, go to following key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\GameDVR

(click on the little arrow to expand the folders)

Click on GameDVR key and in right-side pane, select all existing keys and delete them (don't delete the one that says "(Default)"

Restart your PC and give it a new try

Probably those programs are disabling the game bar.
Can you try first uninstalling them and see how it goes?

that worked thank you! but i do have another question about game bar, when ever i go in and out of full screen the recording stops, do you know how to fix that.

What do you mean exactly by "whenever i go in and out of full screen the recording stops" can you record a video or explain a bit more what are you doing? (In order to replicate the issue)
