    Hello,

    I buy the movie "Maze Runner" in 4K and when i put the disc in my Xbox One X, the Blu-ray player apps starts but after 2,3 seconds it stop working... By time, the apps say that the disc cannot be read.

    Maybe, i must wait an update or a patch... ?

    I have asked for Christmas some 4K movies (physicals) and I'm afraid I won't be able to read also.

    I'm very annoying.

    4K Passthrough?

    I saw it has HDMI 2.0B thingy on this site.

    If say you connect an Xbox One X to your 4K HDTV, you should still be able to:

    1. Download the YouTube and Netflix apps, onto your Xbox One X, and still be able to watch in 4k 60fps?

    2. Use Xbox One X 4k Blu-ray player to watch 4k Blu-ray disc movies in 4k 60fps?

    3. Play games on Xbox One X, in 4k 60fps?

    xbox one "will" support 4k blu-rays in the future. They just haven't announced it when it will. So if you buy 4k blu ray movies they will not play yet on the xbox one. as with standard blu rays I find it only noticeable on larger blu ray tvs. I have
    a 4k 70in tv, the only way I can currently see blu ray formatted shows is on the built in apps in the tv. Mainly Netflix.

    Xbox One X Blu Ray Issues

    Yeah I'm having problems with my Blu Ray player as well. I don't have a 4K TV mind you, but I wanted to watch Wonder Woman on my Xbox at least. I have the 4K Blu Ray and non 4K Blu Ray. I tried both and whenever I inserted them, the Xbox began whirring,
    and then the Blu Ray player App opens with it's opening screen, and then all of a sudden it crashes and takes me back to home. To top it off, the Youtube app crashes everytime I open it! AND to finish it off, I can't purchase anything, even after I took off
    my billing info and put it back! Anyone help would be appreciated. :(

    Are you playing these movies from a 4k UHD Blu Ray or streaming service? If from disk, have you updated the Blu Ray player app on the Xbox?
