I can't re-install Forza Motorsport 7?

So a while ago I had to uninstall FM7 on my PC to free up hard drive space I desperately needed at the time. Now though when I try to re-install it, the game is no longer showing up in my Microsoft Store library?

Believe me, I have checked every possible window it could be under. The only thing I have is a stupid wallpaper background app for the 911 GT2 RS. What the heck? I understand you can't buy it now, but I've already purchased it for over $100 with DLC. Am I just not allowed to have it anymore despite using my own money to buy it? If this is the case, can I get a refund in any way?

For me It's halo 5, Forza Motorsport 7 and maybe some Project Cars 2 since I just installed it.

I also forgot to mention, Forza Horizon 5 works just fine, and it is installed on drive C: but Forza Motorsport 7 has the problem and it is installed on drive D: (to save space on C
