i can't re install an unninstalled game (pre ordered)

hi, i hope someone can help me with this:

i pre ordered spongebob battle for bikini bottom rehydrated two months ago, but today when i tried to play it, i received this message

"To play this, you will need to buy it - Either your purchase was refunded or your preorder was cancelled. If you didn't cancel it, make sure that your payment info is current in settings >
Account > Payment & Billing. (0x803f8007)". I tried everything but nothing worked, later i tried to unninstall and re install it but now the game apeears in the microsoft store like if i haven't purchased and i can't re install it, i also checked the payment
& billing in my profile and the game is there but it says that is rejected, please, i hope this has a solution cause i'm really confused and nervious right now :/

pls contact microsoft support

If you cannot find your order,

you may try re-order it.

Contact support.xbox.com you should be able to go to your purchase history and see where you purchased the game.

follow the link to microsoft purchase history and look for the preorder, from there find a order number if there is one, then contact microsoft
