I can’t put my Xbox series x on 1440p

Discus and support I can’t put my Xbox series x on 1440p in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; Does anyone know why I can’t put my Xbox series X on 1440p?     Xbox Series X - 1440p?

    Hi,

    The maximum supported resolution of Series S will be 1440P. Series X just like the Xbox One X before it will support 1440P too.

    It will work on your monitor, don't worry.

    Xbox doesn't have a 1440p 60FPS option; can't use 1080p or 1440p HDR on xbox

    You will need the Xbox Series X for 4K 120hz. The Series S can only do 1440p 120hz

    I fixxed it by changing my monitor to fps mode and disable freesync premium on the monitor itself. Now I am at 1440p@120hz on xbox series x

    I have been saving for the new console generation and I cant wait the only thing I hope is that they still support 1080p because that is the only tv I have
    I would recommend going with the Xbox Series S as that is more aimed at 1080p/1440p and you will save some money over getting the Xbox Series X which is more aimed at 4K,

    It's pointless to spend all that money on the Xbox Series X if your not going to use it for 4K gaming and you'll never see or get the full potential out of it,

    My guess on the Xbox Series X, is going to come in at around £/$600 - £/$850 - aimed at 4K gaming,

    My guess on the Xbox Series S, is going to come in at around £/$300 - £/$450 - aimed at 1080p/1440p gaming,
