Cancell that! when i went on my xbox to put in a new Windows live account it asked me to sign into the one i have registered on my Xbox (even though i was automatically signed into my XBL. This causes a problem because my account is blocked (as you all know).
So i cant change my windows account on my XBL account or on my new phone because its blocked and the only way i can unblock it is by answering the secret question WHICH I DONT KNOW THE ANSWER TO, well i do but i must have spelt it wrong when signing up.

HELP!

TL;DR - need to change windows live account on XBOX and add it on new phone but blocked and cant unblock.

You must change it under my account and change my region and not ot the locale of this website

Ok...i followed it 100 percent.....i reset the pass, i know its Parental and everything. I try to get on xbox with my new pass in my hand. i try to access it it says needs parental pass. Its my Email and everything its all correct. I put the new pass i set
up in and still INVALID PASSWORD pops up. I cant get onto xbox at all, well not online...i can access my Microsoft account from account live. com. Apparently its the Parent one according to them. I go to xbox.com and try to log in there using the same Info,
My email and new password. I sign in, it says new terms and service thing. I hit accept then this pops up.

What i think is going on: It cosiders me a child still and im 18 now. My Email for my Account which it cosiders still a child account is the same as my Adult. So they are combined into a Child/Parent account and it is getting confused thinking im just logging
into my Child account and it is just repeating the loop saying that i need parental approval. I might have messed up on creating the account a long time ago and it is still seeing me as a kid profile and not the adults.

I know you guys cant help on terms of That at all due to the other posts i have seen in the past where you tell others you cant do a thing about it due to it being password related.

In conclusion: You cant help me because of my mess up with combining the child and Parent profiles together. under the same email. Its like a knot that cant be undone and i cant use my Profile on xbox anymore until i get the pass for the parental profile
and even though i changed it on microsoft.com It needs a pass that is lost and its the end of the line for my profile on xbox live terms. Sorry for wasting your time and its just a problem that i caused and there is no fix because i cant remember the pass,
cant change it, cant accept terms due to my profile being both parental and Child even though i am 18 now and cant upgrade child one to parental and accept the terms and conditions.

What tops it all is that i dished out 25 dollars for 3 month and i cant even use it so its gone.

Not complaining, Just kicking myself for my stupidity and putting the mods here in a position where they cant help.

Ill make a new profile, new account and delete this old one here in a week or so and start anew with a new account, profile and such and make sure its parental so i can accept the terms and conditions so i can play.

Remember that the balance in dollars must match your region, that is, if your country's currency is not dollars and your balance is configured in dollars, you will not be able to use the money in your Xbox account since it does not match.

well i can change adress ect. on web billing information, but i cant change my country.

so the adress is useless when its not in the country.

try to changed it over xbox directly, it says please enter the postbox nr. , because numbers here in switzerland are are different then in germany. I am not able to change any billingadresses or creditcard information to my new place?!?!?! but there must
be a way or not?
