I can't purchase xbox pass.

When I try to pay for xbox pass the region is set automatically to america and i am currently located to europe. Besides that my billing adress is still in europe so i dont understand why that happnes.

Hello Fabian22, log into your account via the link below and check that you have everything in the European country you are in, including your payment method, that is if you are in Europe you cannot use an international credit card to make purchases.

Also check that you don't have any active Live Gold subscriptions that are from another region.

could you please try and check the subscriptions in the settings. if hes previously had the game pass there will be a error on the previous subscriptoin preventing him from purchasing the game pass.

Are you sure that you have linked an active credit card or paypal. Sometimes when it might stop working you have to completely take it off and put it back on. Also take a look in your subscriptions in your xbox live settings. This could highlight the problem.
