I can't purchase Xbox Game Pass (pc)

I have had this same problem, recently.

I had 3 months free, then totally forgot that they were going to take it out of my account on the fourth month.

Or course, the money was not there, and yes they want the back payment and the new payment.

It was so much easier when it was just a monthly subscription, when u can cancel anytime no problems, never this (we are working like credit card companies now).

Xbox Game Pass for PC is a subscription that you pay for through the Microsoft Store. Even if the Xbox App on Windows is where you can launch and install Game Pass games, the billing of the subscription still goes through
the Microsoft Store.

To change the region, go to the Microsoft Store online. At the very bottom of any page, select your current language/region. You can also change
the region of the Microsoft Store app on Windows:

1. Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Region.

So I live in South Africa and my billing address is a south african however whenever i proceed to pay i am unable to change my region from United States. i have no idea what to do can someone please help !!!

best thing to do is buy a gift card and see if that help if that dose not help call xbox support
