Discus and support I can't purchase the Xbox Game Pass in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My friend is having difficulty regarding the game pass for PC. We have tried to buy it but he cant.     I can't purchase the Xbox Game Pass


    My friend is having difficulty regarding the game pass for PC. We have tried to buy it but he cant. He gets an error saying that something went wrong and no error code. He has the option to manage his pass sometimes and then other times it says that he
    has the option to buy it. HE installed Sea of Thieves without having the pass and also has the option to play it it says something went wrong. He cant buy it and we don't know what to do. Is there something wrong with the servers or something or is it something
    on our part? Can I buy the pass for him, will that work? Thanks for the help.

    Hi there,

    could you please try and check the subscriptions in the settings. if hes previously had the game pass there will be a error on the previous subscriptoin preventing him from purchasing the game pass.

    Hi there

    Are you sure that you have linked an active credit card or paypal. Sometimes when it might stop working you have to completely take it off and put it back on. Also take a look in your subscriptions in your xbox live settings. This could highlight the problem.
    if none of these solutions work try contact xbox support @ https://beta.support.xbox.com/
