    I cant Purchase/redeem free trial of xbox game pass


    When I put in my card details, It says, "Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card." But I triple checked, and the card details are all good. I even used a different card, and it still says It doesn't match the info. Then I tried linking my paypal and it says, "Try Again? Your account wasn't authorized or added."

    though my credentials and details are correct.

    Only one Game Pass trial can be redeemed per account, I'm afraid; if you have already redeemed a free Game Pass trial, you would not be able to redeem a second trial on your account.

    We'd recommend giving your extra trial code to a friend who might enjoy it!

    I just purchased an Xbox one s with a bundle package that had a 1 month free trial of Xbox game pass and mine is giving the same error message. It tells me that the code has expired and cannot be redeemed. My expiration date is also 6/30/19.
