    I can’t purchase Minecraft because I don’t have permission even though I’m an adult account


    So I want to purchase Java Minecraft on my PC and it’s not letting me even though I have an adult account with no restrictions, I’ve tried looking at my settings but it didn’t help and it keeps bringing me to this family page even though I’m the only member with the role of organizer

    Microsoft Store charged me twice for a purchase that didn't go through.

    I’m having this same issue and I can’t refund, I didn’t even receive my purchase either. I can’t pay again because I don’t have enough funds on my Microsoft account. So how am I supposed to get my item.

    Recently switched networks and can’t log back into Microsoft because I made account on other network And I can’t log back in to my original because it won’t let me help

    I understand but I just don’t get why I can’t create a Microsoft account and delete the other one, it’s every time I try to log in to a different one I’m my Minecraft account it just tells me to go to my other one well that doesn’t work because my WiFi so I’m stuck in a never ending loop because I have a disk, the data for Minecraft won’t change because I’m not logged in and I’ve tried deleting it but it comes right back the same and I have another account but I don’t have PlayStation plus and I’m just mad and angry at all this for 2 days, 2 hours everyday and I’m just mad. Thanks anyways

    You can’t change an child account to an adult account. Even when the parent gives “permission” it will not let you. You will have to wait until the account is eligible to be an adult.
