    I can't purchase halo 5 guardians req bundle


    I bought the game with this account but cannot buy the req bundle. I am getting the error "Purchase of this content is currently not allowed for child and teen accounts.".

    I think the age on the account is 17 but I turn 18 in a few weeks and I was wondering how I can purchase this item

    Halo 5 guardians console code for Resolute Visor

    Hey there. I preordered/purchased the Halo 5 guardians console bundle from Gamestop. It came with the code that gave me the game, the warzone REQ bundle, the fall of reach movie, the FOTUS armor, and everything else listed except for the Resolute Visor.
    On the webpage
    http://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/consoles/halo-5-guardians     under the section custom wireless controller it says "The Limited Edition Halo 5: Guardians controller featuring a unique laser-etched design, metallic blue accents, military insignias, and a
    bonus REQ Pack including the Resolute visor." I never got said REQ pack. I asked a salesperson at gamestop where i made the purchase and they said i should contact microsoft on this issue. I did a live chat and was directed to post here. I'm hoping someone
    here can assist me with this issue and get me a code to redeem on Xbox Live to get this missing REQ. Thanks!

    When trying to download age restricted items, you either need the pre-paid game code, or a bank account with an adult account.

    You can always try purchasing it when you turn 18, the systems will know and let you continue playing.

    If you are 17 and have parental restrictions on your account the parental account will need to remove those restrictions in order to allow you to purchase the content.

    After you turn 18 you'll be able to promote your account to adult to remove the purchasing restrictions and no longer require a parental account.

    Halo REQ Support page     for help locating REQ packs. If this is in regards to the Warzone REQ Bundle, which is included with the Deluxe Edition, you will want to check the 'Ready to install' portion of Halo 5's 'Manage game' screen to install the REQ bundle.
