I can't purchase games on the Android Xbox app

Reinstalled the app on my mobile device and factory reset my xbox. Searching for games in the mobile app store only gives me the option to "Install on Xbox one" this has been happening for a number of months.

I have the exact same problem. I've done all the same steps, I was hoping that when I got a new phone it would fix it, but alas, I still have the same result.

No sorry I'm not following. I can't figure out how to do what you suggested on pc xbox app or the android app?

Could you provide screenshots or something?

Are you referring to the android app or the pc app?

Few days ago i play Minecraft without any problem. Same account, same console. I install it from store using my Xbox Store App. But now Minecraft doesn't work and Xbox allows install it onlfy from Android Xbox App. In my game library Minecraft doesn't exist rignt now, BUT in my Android Xbox App Minecraft still in my game library as purchased game.

1. May I know if you purchased the games on Xbox/Microsoft Store?

2. Are you using Xbox App/Cloud when accessing the games on your Android phone?
3. Do you see the purchased games in your Microsoft Order history by going to account.microsoft.com/orders?

In the meantime, I recommend you try the following steps:

1. Sign out of your Xbox account on the Android app and sign back in.

2. Check if the games appear in your Xbox library on a different device, such as a console or PC.

3. If the games appear on a different device, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your Android phone.
