    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm sorry to hear this is a persisting issue where you can't purchase a controller. I would like to clarify this, does the error show up once you confirm the purchase or when trying to select the item? By any chance

    Yes it shows when i confirmed order i just hope it doesnt charged me more than once iff it went through

    Order History
    to see if it shows any recent charges for the controller.

    Also, I would suggest to contact Live Support if the issue is still persisting. As they have the tools to review the account to make sure everything is good to go on the purchase.
