I can't purchase a subscription for the game pass ultimate.

Discus and support I can't purchase a subscription for the game pass ultimate. in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Everytime I try to buy a subscription it tells me to "try that again" and that there is "a problem on our end."     I can't purchase a subscription for the game pass ultimate.


    Everytime I try to buy a subscription it tells me to "try that again" and that there is "a problem on our end." It's been doing this now for a month and a half and I have no idea what the problem is because I know I don't owe anything and all my payment
    methods are up to date. So if anyone could help that would be great.

    Xbox game pass cancels my xbox live when i buy either one

    Game pass ultimate includes gold and the game pass subscription so if you have the gold and purchase the ultimate subscription it will cancel the gold subscription and put it in with the ultimate. The Gold subscription will show as being cancelled in your
    subscriptions.

    As the Ambassadors have previously mentioned, If you are currently paying for these subscriptions on a monthly basis then you would want to complete the purchase for the Game Pass ultimate subscription so that it converts your outstanding time on the Live
    and Game pass subscriptions and adds it to your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription time.

    On Xbox One, get Xbox Game Pass Ultimate in Store > Memberships. Online, go to

    Yes. When you purchased the Ultimate Game Pass it automatically converted any gold or game pass subscriptions you had to that subscription instead of individual subscriptions. So once you cancelled that subscription it would have removed everything since
    gold is included with the Ultimate Game Pass.
