Discus and support I can't purchase a game in microsoft website. I think I registered my windows in the US... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have registered my windows in a US website but I live in Canada.     I can't purchase a game in microsoft website. I think I registered my windows in the US...


    I have registered my windows in a US website but I live in Canada. When I purchase a game, there is no option to have the address in Canada, all in US states. If I go to the microsoft website for canada and try to purchase. It comes out a fault problem because the windows is registered in US.

    How can this be corrected !

    I don't think it's an issue with the console specifically, this also applies to the Xbox Console Companion on my Windows 10 PC, and I also can't log into the xbox website, or change my xbox (not microsoft) privacy settings from the website.

    I have around 28€ on my MS account but when I want to purchase the game, I cannot use the money I already have in my MS account. The only option I have is to register a credit card (but I cannot in fact since we cannot register a Maestro credit card on this
    website !!!! :mad: ). And I don't want register a CC neither my Paypal account.

    Yet, when I'm logging in on the official MS website, I can purchase with this payment option...But not on the Xbox website.

    So, what's the problem ? Thx in advance.

    Can't dowload annything. Credit card info couldn't be retrieved.

    I have started getting exactly the same message. I never have and never will register my CC with Microsoft. XBOne GWG can be bought and downloaded fine but 360 GWG Free games I get this error. I know you can't (and never have been able to) 'purchase'
    360 GWG via the website so I always boot up my 360 just to purchase them. Now I can't even get them via my 360! It has effectively halved the GWG I can get with my Gold subscription.

    What gives Microsoft!?
