I cant purchase a game i refunded previously

Double check on your
Microsoft Commerce account that you purchased the content on the account you are posting from. Generally speaking though, if the content isn't showing up in your game's "Ready to Install" list, that's an indication that the purchases may have been made
on another account.

If you read the warnings before the migration it says this:

Previously purchased or downloaded content (for example, videos, games, and add-ons) cannot be downloaded again after migration. Previously purchased content is not refundable, and there is no guarantee that it will work after migration.

Unfortunately purchases cant be transferred between accounts.

I would suggest trying to get a refund, but I dont think you can get refunds for in game currency.

With refunds it goes by date of purchase but also time spent playing. I think if youve played the game over 2-4 hours you cant get a refund.

As a general rule, it's best to not bump threads that are this old...

That said, if there is a discrepancy between your purchase history and your download history (make sure that the gamertag is the same), you will need to contact MS support directly. It is not something that can be resolved on the forums.
