I can't preload Borderlands 3

Discus and support I can't preload Borderlands 3 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I preorder Borderlands ages ago.     I can't preload Borderlands 3


    I preorder Borderlands ages ago. I'm in Australia and according to 2K advise should have been able to start downloading the actual game 9hours ago. There is no option to do. Am I doing something wrong or is it not possilbe to do on xbox presently.

    check your
    purchase history     to make sure the pre-order actually went through.

    pre-orders are charged 10 days before release and if there aren't enough funds in the account at that time the pre-order is cancelled.

    Try doing a full system reboot to see if they game will download for you. As stated above, you should be able to pre-load the game 48hours prior to the release. But i've read it would be 7pm EDT Sept 10th for PC and Midnight Sept 11th for consoles.

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the issue with pre-loading Borderlands 3, as many of the Ambassador's have previously mentioned, you will be allowed to pre-load the game 48 hours prior to the games release in your region. If you have
    any other questions in regards to this you may want to go to 2K's support website.
