    I can't pre-install grounded


    I am from Brazil and when trying to install the game it simply says that it is not available, but if I access the microsoft website in English, the option to install appears (but I cannot install it)

    I already tried the same steps on the console and nothing was done, the game appears on the gamepass but I can't install it.

    Can someone help me?

    (Edit: I think that changing the region of the console may end up solving, but will it impact something in the account / console?)
