i cant post in forums?

something seems wrong with my account here with xbox live. i cannot post in a posted forum,i cant even post in a forum ive already posted,nor post in a created help thread..all i can do is post a new thread.the forum tab seems broken as well for me,im
sure a mod will move this to the right forum,sorry i was unable to. something seems all of a sudden wrong with my options here,i cannot paragraph properly either .even though i could before and changed the windows options for xbox live specifically. is there
something wrong with my account,have i been reprimanded in some way?

There's an orange message bar on the top that says "We are experiencing technical problems. Please try again later".

You could try submitting your case review on a different browser, like on a computer. Mobile safari on iOS might not support certain website features. See if that helps.

Otherwise, the servers are probably down for case review submissions, possibly for maintenance. Like it says, just try again later.

You are not allowed to recruit for clans or advertise your servers in LFG posts.

Both are classed as advertising,which is against the rules.

LFG posts are for looking for people to play with & that's it.For example: Looking for XX amount of people to play XX game at 8pm.

Yes,others do it & if they are reported then they would be suspended as well.

The enforcement team seem to be clamping down on this recently as there have been numerous posts about similar things.

I got perm banned and literally cant appeal it because theres nothing on the enforcement page and all microsoft support just says to go to xboxenforcement.com but i literally cant appeal it theres nothing there
