    I have tried literally everything. I was on a live call for an hour and found no solutions. I was on live chat for another hour on top of that. Im out of options and trying to find anyone with an outside suggestion. Please help! Ive tried all day.

    I see you're having a problem, but the Xbox Ambassadors are here to help.

    I understand your situation, and I know it can be quite frustrating at times to work your way through these things. I'm not sure what all you have actually tried, but obviously nothing has worked. Might I suggest, if you have a device on which to do so,
    download the Xbox app. I have a cheap little TracFone smartphone and I downloaded it from the Google play store, that is how I am able to do a lot of things I need to do when I'm not home.
