Discus and support I cant post a case review? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So just to sum this up, I was away for a week and my cousin was using my account while i was gone and i went to get on my Xbox today 2-20-17 to play...     I cant post a case review?


    So just to sum this up, I was away for a week and my cousin was using my account while i was gone and i went to get on my Xbox today 2-20-17 to play with friends and I find out that I can not join party's because something to do with my cousin and harassment.
    And I got upset because I have vacation next week and I hope to not be banned because of my cousins mistakes.This account is shared gold with the account that my cousin was using that has the full gold subscription not this account. So I cant file for a case
    review because I am not a full gold member.. Please get back to me it would be very appreciated

    Cant post a Case Review

    I have been comms banned for 5 days now and every day I have tried to submit a Case Review to uplift the ban, every time I try I says "We are experiencing technical issues" and now I don't know what t do.

    if its only a "24 hour ban" for commination , I don't think it will let you ...it wouldn't let me anyway ...

    because a how do you know It was during the time you were on another profile?

    You do realize you are never notified when someone reports you right?

    So for all you know it could've been from weeks ago

    And yes all reports are investigated not by one person but multiple teams so yes there are rarely any instant bans

    Since you are never notified by thee system other then you having an suspension you don't know who reported you or when because that's a privacy issue

    Retaliation isn't allowed also why you aren't notified

    24hour suspensions are not appealable as it would take a new team more then 24hours to reinvestigation
