    I'm sorry to see any connection issues! To best help you out, can you please post back with your detailed network statistics and your network devices information? You can get your statistics by going to Settings > All settings > Network > Network
    settings > Detailed network statistics
    . For your network devices, I will need both the manufacturer and model numbers of both your modem and router; if you have one device, called a gateway, that is all the information I would need.

    From there, I will be able to determine what steps we need to take to get your lag demolished. I cant play :) I look forward to working with you!

    Look if the owner account is setting like home console, uninstall and install game OR reset console to factory defaults (keeping games).

    Hi there,

    you should be able to change the settings via
    http://account.xbox.com/settings
    if it's an Adult account if your account is a Child account then the parental account needs to change the settings for your account.

    Keep in mind that after the settings have changed the profile on the console needs to sign out and back in again.

    If you keep having issues signing in on the link try a different browser or device. If that doesn't help then contacting Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) is the best option at

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble.

    In your original post you said that you had made it your home console.

    If you haven't already I would check in the settings that it is still showing as your home console.
