    Hey when i open up sea of thieves it says: You cant play mutlipayer games because of how your account i set up. Go to your privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com to change this. And when i tried that i said that i cant access that site right now what
    do i do?

    Hi there,

    you should be able to change the settings via
    http://account.xbox.com/settings
    if it's an Adult account if your account is a Child account then the parental account needs to change the settings for your account.

    Keep in mind that after the settings have changed the profile on the console needs to sign out and back in again.

    If you keep having issues signing in on the link try a different browser or device. If that doesn't help then contacting Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) is the best option at

    Look if the owner account is setting like home console, uninstall and install game OR reset console to factory defaults (keeping games).

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble.

    In your original post you said that you had made it your home console.

    If you haven't already I would check in the settings that it is still showing as your home console.
