I can't play the game I purchased, can I be refunded?

I bought GTA V yesterday on my xbox 360 and I can't play. On my xbox 360 download screen, the downloads continuously restart... and that's when i'm not disconnected from xbox live or my xbox freezes. I bought this game because I had some time to play with
it but the download is so complicated that I would rather be refunded and buy it on CD. Is it possible? My internet connection is good and my xbox is plugged by cable.

this might mean that currently the licenses are not available on your console, these licenses allow you to play your games offline and others to play the games when you are not signed in.

Keep in mind that a license transfer on the 360 can only be done once every 3-4 months

So, since a couple of weeks I cannot seem to play any of the games I bought while being Offline on Xbox 360. And when I'm online I can play them but other profiles of friends that come home and play the videogames cannot play them anymore even being online.
What should I do????

why not troubleshoot the issue thou? if its not a network issue it could be the storage device you are downloading to. Assuming you are downloading to a hard drive, how much space do you have? GTA is a very big game over 17 gb. I would clear the system cache
a few times on all devices. I would also see if you can download other things like (games with gold title or even smaller apps). Even doing things like unplugging the harddrive and restarting your router can do wonders.
