    I can´t play some games of GamePass


    Hi, as I said in the top, I can´t play some gamepass games, I paid 3 months of Gamepass Ultimate, and I can play Forza Horizon 4 only, but the other games, when I open it appears a screen saying that I´ve to pay for GamePass, even if I already paid for it.
    Please help.

    PD: I paid for 2 months of game pass and converted to game pass ultimate plus a month paid apart.

    Gamepass ultimate is in beta at present so there are a few problems with some of the games not down loading or not playing 🤔

    If you are on PC, please check to make sure the account that you are logged into is the same as the one that you've purchased your subscription for. On both PC and console, try searching for the game you are trying to play directly in the Microsoft store
    and see if you are given the option to install directly.

    Additionally, there are some titles that are only available on certain platforms. Are you sure you're trying to install a game that is available on the platform that you're using?

    I would check to make sure you have Gamepass for the Xbox and not PC. I would also check to be sure the subscription is under your account and not someone else's

    Yes, I do. Because I´m downloading the game from the Console´s store itself. For Example DMC 5 show me the message, meanwhile the Forza Horizon 4 open without problems
