    I can't play purchased games


    Guys help....I have purchased games on my console and can't play them after my gamepass subscription expired...I bought GTA V, UFC 4 and ASSASSIN'S CREED which most of you know I can play them without gamepass...now when I open the game they tell me to buy the game again.. meanwhile it's the same account I used to purchase too and they keep telling me to buy the games again

    Can't play a game I purchased

    I purchased this game around the time it came out and have no success. It used to crash after about 30 minutes of play losing all of my progress on challenges/zombies, but now it crashes almost instantly after starting up. I have an xbox one x if that

    Restart your console and try it again. Or clear cache = press and hold Power button on your Xbox console for 10 seconds.

    I purchased the game and can't play it.

    The game, Call of Duty - Cold war , brought it from game stop , for the Xbox 1 console. I put the disk in it downloaded but still telling me to purchase game So I can play it ,checked today it's only letting me play Zombies and Multiplayer but no Campaign?
