    I can’t play owned games


    So even though it’s more conveniant, I always get my games in physical form rather than digitally. But I do own 4 games in digital version. I can play 1 of them just fine like normal, Unravel. But the other 3 (Ark, Slime Rancher, & Minecraft) are all telling
    me to renew my gamepass. I bought all 4 of those games seperately and payed the full amount for them each. But then I tried my one month free trial of Game Pass, didn’t like it, and ended my subscription. The games all played just fine for months. But now
    all of a sudden, I can’t play the 3 previously mentioned games. It just says, “It looks like you need to renew Xbox Game Pass”. How do I go about fixing this issue? Thanks.

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues accessing your purchased content.

    This error usually comes up due to a network problem, or an Xbox Network outage. There are no reported outages at ( https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status ), so the former is more likely.

    • Would you mind giving this a try?

    - Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
    - Unplug your console for 5 minutes.
    - Turn your modem/router off and unplug it for a few minutes.
    - Plug everything back together.
    - Turn your console on.
    - Sign in to your account and try launching one of your games.

    • If the previous doesn't work, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

    - May I ask which Xbox model you are using?
    - Do you have any external devices plugged into your console?
    - Is your console connected to the internet via wifi or network cable?
    - Could you go to Settings > General > Network Settings, and let me know what you see under "Current network status"? Your network's name is not necessary.

    It's an online only game

    You.need core.Or.ultimate ro play it

    You need Game Pass Core (or Ultimate which includes Core) to be able to play online.

    Are you seeing an option to get Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? If yes, it is asking you for an Xbox Live Gold subscription which is required to play a paid online multiplayer game.

    You can get the Xbox Live Gold subscription individually.
