I can't play or unninstall my digital game

I have digital game that is stuck on my xbox one. The game in question is Lego Batman 3 that was acquired via game pass, I can't play or unninstal the game and I have the Ultimate Pass active right now which gives me xbox live + the game pass. I will wait
for an answer.

Thanks for your post. I understand the issue with your game installed on an external hard drive has still persisted. Have you attempted to move the game to your Xbox One's internal hard drive and uninstalling it from there? To transfer a game, follow the
steps below.

Enter My Games & Apps
Highlight the desired game
Press the Menu button
Select Manage Game
Choose Move All

After you have moved the game to your internal hard drive, simply uninstall the game normally.

Try to send email to customer service or restart the console

I have had this issue in the past. Try to do a hard reset and try it then. If it still is not working try emailing customer support.
