I can't play or uninstall a game. Plus there are to updates I can't install.

I have a boy and his blob installed on my console. It won't let me play it and it won't let me uninstall it so I can reinstall it incase its corrupted. I have the space. Nothing else seems to have an issue. Can anyone help? I've tried all the suggestions
I've found though there wasn't many. None have worked. Also it says I have an update for the blueray player and movies and tv but neither if those will install. Could really use some help please. Thank you.

Youtube no longer opens.

same exact issues here, however i will say i can't even uninstall it, when i click the uininstall, literally nothing happens.

also, tried to update the game SMITE last night, its still sitting at QUEUED 0% this morning, thought id try pauseing the update then unpauseing to kickstart the download, there IS NO pause option anymore, all i have in its place is INSTALL or UNINSTALL,
why would i INSTALL a game thats already INSTALLED?

My Xbox Store Is Out Of Date

I'm having the same issue. It says "Check for an update or uninstall the app, The version you have is out of date. (0x800700d8)". But this is the store. Can't uninstall it? Plus it's not allowing me to play expansions, like I don't own it.

Hey there QuagmireOneLeg.

Before trying to uninstall the game, have you tried giving a full power cycle a try? Hold down the power button on your Xbox One for 8-10 seconds until it shuts off, then power it back on and try uninstalling again. Let us know if that helps

Yes I've tried that. Along with several suggestions I found online, like disconnecting the power cord as I power cycle, and deleting my local saves. The only thing I haven't tried is deleting my profile and then recalling it for fear I may lose my standing
on the monthly achievement leaderboard which I'm currently at the top at in first place. I was going to do that once it starts over in May. On a side note I did get the blueray player and the movie and t.v. updates to install. I still can not uninstall or
play a boy and his blob though. The only reason I'm trying to uninstall it is so I can reinstall it and see if it will fix why its not working so I can play it. Any other ideas or maybe thoughts on who to get a hold of to fix this issue?

Hey there QuagmireOneLeg.

Removing and adding back your profile shouldn't affect your achievements, so I would definitely give that a try. If you're still having issues, it may be worth giving your Xbox One a

full Factory Reset. Unfortunately you'll need to reinstall all your Games & Apps, but that should hopefully clear up the issue.

Hello, first of all thanks for your answer. I will explain it in English so everybody can understand what's happening.

I installed the game, played it some hours and quit, then it suddently started to update but the update was reinstalling the game, so i did cancel it and tried to start the game. Since this, the game does not start, i tried to uninstall and reinstall it,
but i can't reinstall it because it shows the game already is in my library.

So, i can't install and i can't play it.
