I can't play or launch any game on PC Xbox app

Greetings all,

Since I got a subscription on XBOX game pass ultimate last month, I am unable to launch any game (The blue button on any game page is do nothing)

I tried to click it 999999 times

the issue was on windows 10 even after the upgrade to Windows 11, which does solve that issue.

And for sure I tried to restart the service, PC, reinstall the app and games as well.

I am wasting my money Since I got a subscription I haven't played any game

I've changed the region to my current region now, The price changed but the button still the play button not works and is gray.

Do you recommend formatting my PC and reinstalling windows again?

i can't help but notice that in every picture you posted about the issue you Xbox app for Windows is stating the in order to download this you will need administrative approval to install this app or game I've come across this problem before on my PC certain apps or files or documents on any and all computers have to be Run or opened and even download as administrator i had the issue when i tried to install CS GO about 3 mouths ago i figured out if i tried downloading the game as administrator it would install with no issues but if didn't it would never let me do so

Have you tried to reinstall this game or tried to install other games and see if you can run it?

I have Windows 11 and should appear the ''Play'' button should be a clickable option for you. Are you in a region where Game Pass is supported?

Could you check if in settings>time and language and in the tab region your region is correct?
