last week I bought an xbox one s, but I can not play online any game, when i want play online the xbox say that my profile can't play online, ¿why i cant play online if i have 6 months of gold?

1. First see this page to make sure you have gold:
https://account.microsoft.com/services/

2. Then if you do, please remove and redownload your account:
http://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one And before you redownload it please turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds.

3. If that does not fix it please contact xbox support in a live chat to have them refresh your gold for you here:

You should be able to play online with a Gold subscription. Make sure the subscription is on the correct account. Also, make the account with the Gold subscriptions the console's home xbox.

Do you get an error message or error code of any kind when you attempt to go online? This will help determine what your problem is.

Any code man... just the same message from almost all games tha "YOU DONT HAVE THE PERMISSIONS TO THIS FEATURE (PLAY MODE)" or something like that... and only when I want to play online the Xbox send me to the Xbox live purchase but when i go to the suscription
screen, my suscription is valid...

if you just activated it remember that sometimes it may take some hours before you can play online.

Try the following, please.

Go to settings>apps>apps and features>find the Xbox app, when you find it click the left mouse button on it, then select advanced options, click finish and then restore or repair.
