After 6 month when i want go online and play gow3 i get this massege:You're current gamer profile settings do not allow playing online games. To continue, all players must have settings that allow online
play" whay this happend to me i have gold and dont do any thing sorry for my bad english i live in iran and dont have acsses any support please help me if you can

Hello!!

first of all turn off the router and the xbox and check the ethernet connections that are correct.

Restart the router and then turn on your xbox again.

check your xbox live here Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support and check that nop you had a problem:

Finally you can try to reinstall the game and delete the data cache and reinstall the game

Do you get an error message or error code of any kind when you attempt to go online? This will help determine what your problem is.

Any code man... just the same message from almost all games tha "YOU DONT HAVE THE PERMISSIONS TO THIS FEATURE (PLAY MODE)" or something like that... and only when I want to play online the Xbox send me to the Xbox live purchase but when i go to the suscription
screen, my suscription is valid...

You should be able to play online with a Gold subscription. Make sure the subscription is on the correct account. Also, make the account with the Gold subscriptions the console's home xbox.

if you just activated it remember that sometimes it may take some hours before you can play online.

Go to settings>apps>apps and features>find the Xbox app, when you find it click the left mouse button on it, then select advanced options, click finish and then restore or repair.
