    I can't play online with the profile I want


    Hey,

    We bought a Xbox Live Gold for 12 months, meant for the profile that we had already played on. More specific on Fifa 17 we had ourselves a team already on Fifa Ultimate Team. When we decided to buy the Xbox Live Gold, we wanted it to be for that profile.
    We bought in the name of that profile, but we can't use it.

    We have multiple profiles on our Xbox and one of them is the main profile which we don't use for gaming. Now it appears that the Xbox Live Gold only works on this profile, but not the one we want to use. When we look at the settings we can see the Online
    Settings being linked to the main profile and not the necessary one.

    Can someone help us? How can we make sure that we can play on our active profile and don't have to play on the profile we don't have anything on?

    I assume you can't transfer all your Fifa Coins and teams to the other profile...

    I am still not on board with xbox one.

    I won't even buy the xbox one if they go ahead with online 24 hours a day thing where I can't acces my single player games if I want to play offline.WHy do we need an online profile to access games that aren't online ones.

    I want to play an online friendly but i can't connect with the friend.

    i invite him, he accepts then it takes me to a screen to select the team but to him it appears an empty screen with the stadium background. after a few seconds it says the connection is lost. that happens when he invites me also

    it is not about my region because i'm living in canada specially in Toronto and i used to play during 5 month online even these couple of days when the multiplayer was free , i played online but now i can't again. i bought the gold for a year and now it's
    been a month ican 't play. And don't tell me to check my multiplayer connection because i have already done and nothing wrong
    Is your account also set to Canada? You can check by going to: account.live.com If this doesn't also match Canada, then you could see issues such as this. Our chat/phone teams can also help take a closer

    Hey there ,

    Which country are you physically located in on our
    Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions     list and which country/region do you have your account set to?

    To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, or if the region you're located in doesn't match the one on your account. That could restrict some features from working properly.
