I cant play online! pls help

We think that the issue might be related to the antivirus. When you deleted it, did you completely uninstall it from the
Programs and Features section? You can do a search for this using the Search box on your task bar, or scroll to the bottom of Apps & Features in Settings. Check there to make sure it's completely removed.

 

Ow, i deinstalled that from Programs and Features but if i type "McAfee" in the Search box then i can see it. I clicked to deinstall the mcafee from the search box but then i'm in Programs and Features, and in Programs and Featuters i cant see McAfee. How
can i delete it when i cant see it in Programs and Features?

 

I can't open the McAfee so i think i delete it. when i'm trying to open it there is someting like that: C:\Program Files\mcafee.com\agent\mcagent.exe cant find or something like that.

 

I installed a McAfee removal tool and i delete the mcafee but it still dont work. Do you maybe know whats the problem?

 

Did this tool stop it from showing up on your PC when you do a search for it now?

No i still can see it in Search box but it is only a copy, i cant open mcafee anymore.

 

Hmmm. Well, we're not sure it was removed properly, and the only way to do that is with a

system restore or refresh. I know it's extreme, but we feel that starting over from scratch will remove McAfee for sure and get that server connection available again.

I did that before i come to you.... I delete the mcafee now with another mcafee removal tool. but it still doesnt work

That is odd, for sure. We aren't sure what the removal tool itself could be doing to your PC, because the application should just be uninstalled with the Windows options. I know it's a pain, but are you able to re-install your OS again for me? I'm wondering
if there's something residual lingering by McAfee, we'll want to do a clean install without having it on the PC at all.

Let me know if that can be done. I'm working with the engineer to ensure I'm not missing something here, too.
