I cant play online! pls help

I cant play online because by the internet settings in xbox app is, server connection : blocked.

The TAN TYPE is closed and as i know it can stay so but the connection is blocked and i tried all helps from the support pages and it didnt helped me yet. Can you guys please help me? when not then i dont have to play forza anymore because i buyed forza
to play with my friends. If its not possible to repair iit so please give me my money back!

I'm sorry to see any issues with your connection! We do work about 24 hours behind here on the forums, and work from oldest to newest. This causes some delays in response time, but hopefully we can get you sorted out!

If you download the Xbox beta app from the Windows 10 Store, does it also show you that your network is blocked? If so, submit feedback through the smiley face on the bottom left to ensure your networking information gets to the right people to dig into
this further.

As for troubleshooting, have you tried your PC both wired and wireless if you can? What troubleshooting have you completed? I want to ask you to try a few things, but don't want waste your time with trying things that you've already done.

I see in your screenshot that you are connected via ethernet cable. Is that connected to your router, or is it connected directly to your modem?

It's connected to my router.

I tried also to play with my cell phone internet but there was the same error. Blocked and closed

 

Thank you! I don't have any information on this box itself, however we do have information on

another Fritz!Box that might be affecting it. If it's still the same interface for your device, I suggest trying the suggestions in that link to see if it will help you out.

It helped me in 50% because now the NAT TYPE is Moderate but the server connection is still blocked, plis help me with it we done 50% of my problems thanks for it but i still cant play online. Can you find something to change my server connection from blocked
to open? pls

Well, we got one thing going for us! At least this is a bit closer!

What kind of security software do you have on your PC? This would be like McAfee or Norton anti-virus programs.

Also, please run through the steps on
this article again for me now that we have your NAT to moderate.

 

I tried this and it dont work, I hac McAfee but the server connection was blocked so i delete the mcafee.

 

Do you maybe know what's the problem?
