I can't play online on my account

Hello,i checked the xbox account settings like i was instructed and i do have a child account but both of the required settings have been allowed by my guardian on the website yet i still can't play online multiplayer, i have been trying to play for months now and i would appreciate some help

Can you let me know which game you’re trying to play online, or if this happens with all online games? In some cases, specific games have their own online safety settings that need to be adjusted separately from general account settings.

I can't figure out why I can't play online. I am old enough to play online but I can't. I have tried doing everything that I could think of, but nothing works. I think there is a restriction to playing online on my account. Can someone please help me figure
