I Can't Play online on any of my accounts

So im banned for harrasment and i can't play online on my account so i go to my other account to have fun with my friends on roblox but i cant play online on that account either or use voice chat yet only one account is banned so i cant do anything on any
account. I've tryed Everything Resting my xb1 removing all the accounts etc . I just need help and im bored i think its unfair...

I can play fine on xbox live, but my brothers account which is gold can't play any online games any help?

Digital game question

I downloaded it using xbox 360 marketplace since i can't play discs anymore.

I have downloaded black ops 1 n 2 on my demonic account but the other account i have on my 360 still can play the games i downloaded on my demonic account.

I couldn't play Call of duty advance warfare on any account but my demonic account. When we play were always online and no matter which way we do it online or offline. It always says "Can't launch advanced warfare".

I can't sign into my account online so I can't even see my friends, I also can't play any of my games on a different account, I've tried. There is no way for me to get unbanned? I did absolutely nothing but have a friend sign into my account once and I
lose everything for it?
