I can't play online multiplayer or spartan ops anymore. Help

I had to install an update on my xbox one to be able to play my copy of Halo the MC Collection. The update is done but when I try to play the game, the section with multiplayer and spartan ops is at 93% I can't play either mode now. What the hell do I do
now?

I want to play online multiplayer and spartan ops.

they usually let you play spartan ops from previous episodes too,online that is. jump into online multiplayer spartan ops.

I like both games about equally for different reasons. I like Halo 4s multiplayer and single player. Not so much Spartan Ops anymore since they all feel 'same-y' to me. I like Zombies in Black Ops 2 but I think other Call of Duty games have beter multiplayer
due to map design and the single player story was just horrid.

 

Someone please help me. This is getting beyond a joke in my opinion. I've also heard other gamers are experiencing the same problem as me.

 

This problem is still going on for me. I need help.
