    I can't play online multiplayer games.


    I've played Xbox for a while now and I can't seem to play any online games with other people although I bought a Xbox live month free membership it and I put it in my Microsoft account but every time I try to play a online game it says "This account isn't
    allowed to play on Xbox live" which gets me angry since I had my Microsoft account paired to my Xbox account so I went to check my membership status and it said it was on free but I had the Xbox live pass code already redeemed, can I have someone help me with
    this problem I'm having.

    I can't play multiplayer online

    One day I was playing my Xbox and the thing let me join games and let me play with my friends online the next day and I don't have a gold membership so it let me talk I just had Xbox live and let me talk and play with other people but the next day and stop
    me from joining party's and playing games with other people online I want to know why

    Dear Xbox Live enforcement team

    I am writing this email to inform you that on Saturday I was playing gta online on Xbox one and the whole time I was making my outfits and not killing anyone then I was playing a mission where you have to kill and that and I couldn't even text back to players
    as I have been banned from texting till 11th of august so how did I violate or abuse someone when all I was doing is making my outfits the whole time and I didn't bother anyone in the community. Can you please do something about it because I haven't abused
    or harrassed or violated anyone because all I was doing was playing gta online nicely. I don't want to show my gamer tag in public and now I have to wait till 13th August to play online

    Had this issue before Support suggested doing a hard reset a few times before the xbox registered and recognized I had a valid live membership.

    To do a hard reset press and hold down the power button on the console for 10 seconds, then power back on again. Doing this a few times should help fix this issue. Cheers!
