I can't play online in forza horizon 5

I bought the game from steam, but when I launched it, the online button was gray, and when I clicked on it, it said that this feature is blocked because your profile does not have sufficient privileges. What should I do? Please someone help!

Only in Forza horizon 5, I noticed it's going completely offline to a point where I can't even purchase anything that requires internet , and displaying a message that my gametag is banned,

Horizon 4 and other games are playing very well online

Hello no i play on pc and tried everything.

same thing for me. even went as far as redownloading the game and still nothing. i have never seen another person in free roam to this day nor do i have access to online
