I can't play online help

Discus and support I can't play online help in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hello, could anyone help me with my problem?     HELP!! I can't play Fifa17 online

    Hi,

    I cant play Fifa 17 online. When i try to play, shows "Your profile don't have the permissions to access to this function". I check the parental control, and my gold suscription shows active. So, how can i do???? I really so regret of left playstation. I
    have a lot problem with this thing.

    Just got Dead Rising 4 today and I have been playing some story mode, and now I would like to try Multiplayer, when I select Multiplayer I keep getting the same message 'Couldn't verify Xbox Live privileges. Please try again.'





    I know for sure I have Xbox Gold, it doesn't run out for a few months.

    My internet connection is fine.





    Is there some way to fix this or not?

    Do I need to purchase the Season Pass in order to play Multiplayer?

    hey there! You do not need season pass in order to play online.

    Try a Power Cycle
    http://support.xbox.com/ar-AE/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console


    If this does not work. Try removing your profile from your console ( don't worry, your gamesaves will be fine)

    Reboot.

    Add your profile again. And try playing online.

    It might also be something related to Dead Rising 4. Have you tried other multiplayer games?

    it is not about my region because i'm living in canada specially in Toronto and i used to play during 5 month online even these couple of days when the multiplayer was free , i played online but now i can't again. i bought the gold for a year and now it's
    been a month ican 't play. And don't tell me to check my multiplayer connection because i have already done and nothing wrong
    Is your account also set to Canada? You can check by going to: account.live.com If this doesn't also match Canada, then you could see issues such as this. Our chat/phone teams can also help take a closer

    Hey there ,

    Which country are you physically located in on our
    Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions
    list and which country/region do you have your account set to?

    To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, or if the region you're located in doesn't match the one on your account. That could restrict some features from working properly.
