I can't play online but I have a subscription that expires on 17/11/2017

How is there an outstanding balance? It was set to expire on 11/17/11, and I put the 3 month code in on 11/14, THREE DAYS PRIOR. Plus, I turned off automatic renewal as soon as the option became available on the website again. Absolutely nothing should
have been charged to me.

In fact, here is my email:

"Dear ,

Your subscription to Prepaid 3M Xbox LIVE Gold will expire on Friday, February 17, 2012. To avoid a possible interruption of your subscription service, please renew your subscription by Friday, February 17, 2012.

To extend your subscription..."

So, where are these charges coming in?

update: if microsoft got on the ball now we could have our 17th anniversary XBOX original consoles in 2017 this christmas (since XBOX ONE X is 11/7/2017 release then how about XBOX original re-release for 12/17/2017 for 17 anniversary (think is 17 years
since 11/15/2001 when it released?

I also have the same problem. Bought the Xbox One X on release day, i used the 14 day Xbox Live Gold code on the same day and i still can't play Multiplayer. I can download the Xbox live gold games of the month like you can but when i go into multiplayer
in a game it says i don't have a Gold subscription and it takes me back to the store where it says Xbox Live Gold expires on 11/21/2017. So it must be active but i can't use it :/

Yes it is still present and I have confirmed my subscription does not expire until 2017.

Ok kind of having the same issue, when I log in online to my account it says my live subscription does not expire until 2/2017, but when i try to use it on the xbox it tells me i need to renew.
